Admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend with a probation officer. Suspended sentence imposed for failing to stop after a road accident and for failing to report a road accident varied to being committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Must also now comply with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and an original unpaid work requirement is to continue. Must pay £60 costs.

Kyle Warren Blane Divall, 24, of Hawdon Close, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.46grammes of MMB-Fubinaca, a class B drug. Detained in the court house as one day of detention deemed served. Admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to attend with a probation officer. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Tracey Wendy Elizabeth Omri, 51, of West Street, Doe Lea, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a British Bulldog called Bianca which was dangerously out of control. Fined £120 and must pay £120 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a British Bulldog called Rambo which was dangerously out of control.
