Large barn fire in Duckmanton extinguished

A large barn fire in Duckmanton which could be seen from the M1 has now been extinguished.

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service were called to the fire at a farm on Rectory Road at around 1.18pm yesterday.

Firefighters from Chesterfield, Staveley and Bolsover fought the fire which was put out at 9,30pm last night.
