On Monday, Ashgate Hospice launched this year’s Sparkle Night Walk – the biggest fundraising event in their yearly calendar.

The walk itself will be taking place in aid of Ashgate Hospicecare on Saturday, June 20. The launch was attended by Miss South Yorkshire, Stephanie Hill, who has been working closely with the hospice over the past few months.

Stephanie said: “I am honoured to be a part of this fundraising event. I have visited the hospice and feel that it is for a most worthy cause. As a community we can get together and make a difference for all of Ashgate Hospicecare’s patients and their families.”

The Sparkle Night Walk will start at the The Proact Stadium and will be 10km circular route.
