IMAGES: Valuable horse equipment stolen from Derbyshire stables

Police investigating the theft of valuable tack equipment from a Derbyshire stables have released images of the stolen items.

The stables at The Red House, in Old Road, Darley Dale, were broken into between 5.30am and 6am on Tuesday, July 26.

A large amount of saddles, bridles and collars were among the items stolen from the site, which is a working museum that is open to the public during the day.

Photographs of some of the items have now been released by officers in the hope that someone might recognise them.

Police also want to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area around the time of the offence.
