Housebuilder Wheeldon Homes is offering a helping hand to local buyers.

It has devised a range of bespoke deals on selected plots for a limited period at its developments in Alfreton and Belper.

Incentives available include deposit assistance, part exchange and assisted move plans that can help buyers sell their current home.

One of the homes where the incentives are available is at Watchorn Lawns, Alfreton, which features contemporary family accommodation with four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and an en suite.

Debbie Smith, sales and marketing manager at Wheeldon Homes says: “Whether you have an existing property that you would like to part exchange against a brand new home or would like us to provide help with the fees involved when moving, we are here to help. With these incentives available across a range of different properties, including some in our latest release of properties, we are sure that will prove to be very popular.”

“We have already seen an impressive response from local house purchasers and our first residents are all ready settled in.

The first phase of development at Coppice Brook provides fourteen three and four bedroom homes on a development that will ultimately provide a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Designed to breathe new life into the old DEB company site, construction of the first phase of development is nearly complete. This means that Wheeldon has decided to offer this latest range of incentives on all of the remaining plots on this phase, which include both stylish three bedroom homes including the Willow and Coniston house types and the last two four-bedroom homes available.
