Heap of manure goes up in flames near Alfreton
A heap of manure went up in flames in a Derbyshire village this morning.
Firefighters were called to the fire at New Lane, Hilcote, near Alfreton, at about 11.50am.
Crews used buckets of water to extinguish the blaze, which was out by about 12.30pm.
It is not clear how the fire started and there were no reports of any injuries.
