Have you seen man who absconded from Chesterfield hospital?

Police are growing increasingly concerned for a Notts man who has gone missing from hospital.

Officers are asking if anyone has seen Kevin Holmes, 53, who was last seen at Chesterfield Royal Hospital at 2.45am yesterday (Monday, February 29).

And concerns are growing as Mr Holmes, did not return to his home in Farnsfield.

Nottinghamshire police said he is described as white, slim, about 5'8" tall with short grey hair. He was last seen wearing jeans, a white t-shirt and a jacket and trainers.

A spokesperson added: "Most distinctively, Mr Holmes has a tattoo of a bird on his neck, a red rose on his right hand and written names on his left hand. He also has a scarred face."

It is expected that he will be travelling on foot or public transport.
