A second round of funding runs from July 10 to September 12.

Applicants to the Commissioner’s Crime Prevention Fund must show evidence their work helps reduce offences and deliver benefits to victims.

Commissioner Charles said: “I’ve very publicly sup-ported an approach that focuses on early intervention to overcome criminal behaviour patterns.

“I’m keen to hear from local groups and projects which can help me to deliver this.”

Grants of up to £25,000 are available for the right projects.
