Funeral to be held for much-loved Chesterfield taxi driver

The funeral of a much-loved Chesterfield dad and taxi driver who died following an altercation at Manchester Airport will take place next week.

William Brent Taylor, 57, died in hospital after the incident in the car park at Terminal Two at about 8.25am on Friday, April 6.

The popular man worked at A Line Taxis in Chesterfield.

Hundreds of tributes have been paid to him from his loving family and friends.

Two men, aged 55 and 26, were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and have been released under investigation, Greater Manchester Police said.

Mr Taylor's funeral will take place on Thursday, April 26 at 12.10pm at Brimington Crematorium.

Posting on Facebook, his daughter Lauren Taylor, wrote: "We would love each and every single one of you to be there."
