Fitness for all the family at Tryumph

Since retiring in 2012, Becky set up her business, Tryumph Health, in a bid to pass on her passion for leading an active lifestyle across the Derbyshire Dales.

She has spent her time developing a unique approach of creating sessions in which families are able to train together or alongside one another.

She said: “Frequently during my coaching sessions I would see parents sitting in the stands watching their children when they too could be training! So often parents put their health secondary to their children’s, but with a bit of imagination it needn’t be that way.”

The innovative sessions include running groups, classes at Chatsworth Gym, bootcamps, pilates and holiday camps for all ages.
