Firefighters rescue baby in Chesterfield
Firefighters came to the rescue of a baby in Chesterfield this afternoon.
Crews were called to Lordsmill Street at around 12.20pm after receiving reports that the baby was locked in a car.
A spokesperson for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters used small tools to gain access to the vehicle and safely release the child."
