Firefighters dealt with two out of control bonfires in Chesterfield.

Crews from Chesterfield were called to an unattended bonfire on Stand Road at around 6pm yesterday evening (Sunday, May 6).

And crews from Clay Cross tackled an out of control bonfire on Market Street, Clay Cross shortly after.

Hose reels were used to extinguish the fires.
