Fire crews called to Ashover car smash
Fire crews from Chesterfield and Matlock were called out to attend a car accident in Ashover on Wednedsay.
The incident happened on Slack Lane shortly before 1pm and involved two cars, one of which was on fire.
The crews used breathing apparatus and hoses to extinguish the fire and three people in one of the cars were assessed by paramedics.
The crews then made the scene safe and left the incident shortly afterwards.
