Fifteen new homes in next phase of Darley Dale development

Fifteen new homes will be constructed at a retirement complex as it enters its third phase.

Audley St Elphin’s Park, in Darley Dale, has commenced work on 15 new two and three bedroom apartments.

The new development will be named Kennedy Court, after a house at St Elphin’s School, which was formerly on the site.

More than 50 per cent of the properties have already been reserved for sale.

The third phase of development at St Elphin’s Park will bring the total number of properties at the village to 72.

The project has included restoration of parts of the original school buildings, including the turret, which has been integrated into the property so that Kennedy Court is in keeping with its surroundings.
