Drivers are facing slow traffic across the county.
Delays are reported on the A38 southbound in Derby between Palm Court Island and Markeaton Island, in the roadworks area.
Slow traffic is also on the A38 northbound in Alfreton between the B600 junction and Alfreton.
Delays are expected on the A52 Eastgate inbound in Derby at Pentagon Island.
The A511 Burton Road in Swadlincote is busy but moving between New Inn roundabout and Masons Arms traffic lights.
