DERBYSHIRE: Funding boost in the pipeline for firms

Derbyshire companies could be in line to bid for grants of up to £50,000 after Government funding of £3m was provisionally secured for the county.

Derbyshire Economic Partnership (DEP) has been provisionally awarded the support from the Government’s Regional Growth Fund.

It is part of a nationwide pot of £506m which would be used to fund DEP’s new Global Derbyshire Small Business Support Programme.
