The discovery of the stabbed body of Darren Broadbent, 35, of Grindlow Avenue, Boythorpe, at a flat at Thorntree Court, on Birchwood Crescent, Grangewood, Chesterfield, sparked a murder investigation.

But Nottingham Crown Court heard how murder charges against two Sheffield teenagers - Jaiden Browne-Evans,18, and a 15-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons - have been dismissed and the two have been released from custody.
