1. Robert Wilshere.
Robert Wilshere, 28, of Boweswell Road, Ilkeston, was sentenced to 26 weeks in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting an emergency worker by beating.
2. Cohen Roberts.
Cohen Roberts, 28, of Halsall Avenue, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 40 months imprisonment and ordered to pay a £181 victim surcharge.
3. Dale Mulligan.
Dale Mulligan, 28, of Manor Park Centre, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 40 months imprisonment, and ordered to pay £169 in compensation and a £181 victim surcharge.
4. David Holmes.
David Holmes, 63, of Ashforth Avenue, Marlpool, Heanor, was sentenced to 12 months in prison and handed a two-year restraining order after pleading guilty to a number of charges – including racially aggravated harassment, racially aggravated criminal damage and witness intimidation.
