After stopping the car in Cromford, with the bouquet on its passenger seat, Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted: “If your Valentine's Day date is male, 37 years old, disqualified from driving but still drives a 2004 BMW (badly) - he's not stood you up. He tried his best to get to you but failed.”
