Police have closed Chesterfield’s Horns Bridge roundabout.

The major roundabout was sealed off by officers this morning (Wednesday, February 19) at around 10.45am.

Footage sent in by a resident show marked and unmarked police vehicles at the scene along with a number of officers.

A spokesperson for Derbyshire Police said officers were in the area after pursuing a car which ‘failed to stop’.

They added that a 29-year-old man had been arrested and no further information was available.
