A man has been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after police discovered suspected ‘class A’ substances in Carr Vale.
Officers from the Creswell, Bolsover and Clowne Safer Neighbourhood Teams alongside Derbyshire Constabulary dogs section executed a warrant under Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
A search of a property on Charlesworth Street took place at around 12.50pm on Thursday, November 5.
Team members found a quantity of suspected class A drugs inside the property.
A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
He has since been bailed pending further police enquiries.
