Man arrested for Derbyshire theft and burglary spree

A Belper man has been arrested in connection with a spree of thefts and burglaries in the town.

Officers had been searching for the 36-year-old, who was arrested yesterday at a house in Bishop Lonsdale Way, Derby.

At the start of this week, Derbyshire Police launched Operation Relentless, a year-long initiative to tackle burglary, vehicle crime and robbery.
