Lisa Joanne Coupe, 35, of Rose Avenue, Clowne.She admitted driving without due care and attention, was fined £187, ordered to pay a £32 victim services surcharge, £200 Crown Prosecution Services costs and had her licence endorsed with six penalty points.

David Fletcher, 22, of 33 Duke Street, Creswell.He admitted driving a car with an excess amount of the drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood, 7mcg per litre, and was fined £120, disqualified from driving for 18 months, ordered to pay a £30 victim services surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution Services charge.

Milen Shopov, 28, of Derby Road, Chesterfield.He admitted drink-driving, namely 76mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath and was fined £350, disqualified from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay £35 victim services surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution Services costs. No separate penalties were imposed for the charges of having no insurance or failing to stop his vehicle when requested by a police officer.
