No separate penalties were imposed for the charges of having no insurance or failing to stop his vehicle when requested by a police officer.

Kirk James Barton, 36, of Fairfield Road, Buxton,He admitted making a false representation using another person’s bank card to obtain £41.24 worth of items from McColls, Buxton.
