In some cases they almost halved between Christmas and New Year – with only 17 reported in Middlecroft and Poolsbrook in January compared to 30 in December.
However the data shows numbers are still quite high in some areas – with as many as 76 in Dunston, Moor and St Helen's in January. A fall of just 9 offences.
