Ford owners warned after spate of thefts in Derbyshire
Derbyshire Police has issued a warning to Ford owners in the north of the county after a number of vehicles were targeted for theft.
The police said the vehicles were targeted in Whaley Bridge, New Mills and Chapel en le Frith between January 21 and 22.
The incidents saw a car stolen from addresses in Chapel and New Mills and alloy wheels stolen in the Whaley Bridge incident.
The vehicle owners are warned to take extra precautions, such as using steering locks.
