Officers have seized a van in Clay Cross after they received tip-offs that the vehicle was in regular use by a disqualified and uninsured driver.

The motorist allegedly attempted to evade officers on Sunday, November 29 before they ‘gave up’.
In a post on twitter, Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit confirmed the driver is set to appear in court and the vehicle will be crushed.
