Derbyshire woman jailed for assaulting youth on public transport and two police officers

A Clowne woman assaulted a young person in an ‘unprovoked attack’ on public transport, and went on to assault two police officers and damage property.

Sadie Webster, 22, of Ashley Green, Clowne, carried out the attack on November 11 last year, records for Derby Magistrates’ Court show.

She also assaulted two police officers and damaged a police vehicle on May 30, while serving a suspended sentence for assault and criminal damage imposed by Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court.

She was jailed for 24 weeks.
