The woman, who is known only as Annie, was last seen in Buxton at midday on Christmas Eve (December 24) at Spring Gardens – walking towards Fairfield Road.
Annie, who had been living at a campsite in Monyash since the summer, was wearing a purple trench coat, black trousers and dark walking boots. She was carrying a walking pole and had a dark shopping trolley with her.

Officers are concerned for Annie’s safety – particularly with the poor weather forecast over the next 24 hours – and are appealing for anyone who may have seen Annie or may be aware of her current location to get in touch.
