Appeal to trace woman after small children 'bitten by dogs' in Derbyshire park

Police are investigating reports that two children were ‘bitten’ by a pair of dogs while walking at a Derbyshire park.

A woman was walking with her children, aged two and four, on the bridge that leads from to Whaley Bridge Memorial Park on Monday, January 27.

They were approached by two Jack Russell dogs and ‘bitten on their bodies’.

Officers are trying to trace the owner, described as a white woman in her 60s wearing an orange coat.
