Cutthorpe Cricket Club is showing off its new look changing rooms, thanks to a generous paint donation from the Dulux Let’s Colour project.
The club, on Main Road, has been part of the local community for nearly 100 years and provides a place for its 120 members to meet, socialise and play a game of cricket.
As the changing rooms hadn’t been decorated for a few years, they were in need of brightening up.
A small group of members got to work painting a mural of a cricket scene on the changing room walls in a range of bright, bold colours.
President of the cricket club, John Combe, said: “This paint donation helped us to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.”
