CRICH: Ride horse-drawn trams for fiftieth

To mark its 50th anniversary, Crich Tramway Village is bringing back horse-drawn trams.

The service will be running between 10.30am and 5pm on Monday, July 8.

On the day there will be at least three electric trams in service as well as pioneer horse tram 15.

A spokesperson said: “Come along and help us celebrate a significant anniversary and experience the pleasure of a Victorian horse tram ride along our stone paved street.”
