Assault

Frank Christopher Cotton, 32, of Stratton Road, Bolsover. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman. Committed to prison for 32 weeks. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Lee Woodger, 26, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Gareth James Bird, 24, of Loscoe Road, Heanor. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her. Community order made. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £620 costs.

Peter Thomas Greene, 33, of Hardwick Drive, Arkwright Town. Found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. Community order made. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Drugs

Scott Phillip Stacey, 26, of Sheffield Road, Unstone. Indicated a plea of guilty to being found in possession of 3.2 grammes of cannabis on Beetwell street in Chesterfield. Fined £80, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge or £85 costs.

Jack Heathcote, 19, of Waterloo Road, Matlock Bath. Indicated plea of guilty to being found in possession of one gram of MDMA. Fined £134, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Teresa Blackwell, 40, of Dale Road, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to stealing pop and chocolate to the value of £5, belonging to Poundland. Community order made. Must pay £5 compensation and £85 victim surcharge.

Michael John Weldon, 27, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing two sandwiches to the value of £3, belonging to Boots on Low Pavement, Chesterfield. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Ordered to pay compensation of £3.

Amey-Lou Lou Duggins, 26, of Hanbury Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing cooked chicken to the value of £100 to Zaika restaurant. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and £115 victim surcharge.

Breach

John Leslie Bilton, 55, of Albert Street North, Chesterfield. Indicated plea of guilty to being found in company with a woman who he was prohibited from meeting by a non-molestation order. Community order made. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Craig Lee Brewer, 19, of Maison Way, Newbold. Failed to comply with requirements of a community order. Admitted breach. Must comply with new and varied requirements of the community order.

Dale Thomas Digby, 22, of Walgrove Avenue, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with supervision requirements following a period of imprisonment. Admitted breach. Fined £320 and must pay £60 costs.

Motoring

Shane Maltby, 51, of Park street, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, namely having 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £600, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £310 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Martin Banner, of 50, Jervis Place, Inkersall. Pleaded guilty to driving on a dual carriageway, namely A19, at a speed exceeding 70mph. Fined £150, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Jayke Aiden Rawson, 23, of John Street, Brimington. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, namely being found with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £486, ordered to pay a £48 surcharge and £500 costs. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Keith Leslie Allen, 51, of Lower Smithy Lane, Taddington. Pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle, who was allegedly guilty of an offence. Fined £285, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Rhys Jamie Miles, 19, of The Green, Swanwick, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to speeding at 80mph in a 40mph zone. Fined £352, ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed.

Alan Roy Robert Thompson, 45, of Mansfield Road, Hasland. Pleaded guilty to speeding, namely more than 30mph. Fined £160, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tony John Peter Ashley, 55, of Birchwood Crescent, Grangewood. Proved that he failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was allegedly guilty of an offence. Fined £660, ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Patricia Collins, 50, of Holme Road, Matlock Bath. Pleaded guilty to speeding, namely more than 30mph. Fined £40, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kamaljit Singh Sandhu, 51, of John Street, Somercotes. Proved to be driving without any insurance. Fined £660, ordered to pay £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Paula Woodward, 35, of Bent Lane, Staveley. Proved she was driving without any insurance. Fined £660, ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Six points on licence.

Andrew Dyas, 48, of North Road, Duckmanton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, namely having 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £400, ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Zsolt Kokas, 34, of Boweswell Road, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to speeding, namely driving at 58mph in a 40mph zone. No totting disqualification. Fined £267, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Kilroy, 30, of Hayfield Close, Staveley. Found guilty of being the owner of a dog, namely a British bulldog called Troy, which was out of control in the rear yard of her address and injured a man. Ordered to keep her dog properly under control or it must be destroyed. Fined £300, ordered to pay compensation of £3,240, a victim surcharge of £30 and £310 costs.
