Cops probe jewellery theft

Police investigating a theft from a jeweller’s in Bolsover have released CCTV images of three people they would like to speak to in connection with the offence.

Derbyshire Constabulary said that at around 2.25pm, on Tuesday, April 17, a man and a woman entered TH Harrison & Son, on Town End, and started browsing before a second man entered and spoke to the owner.

The three people then left without buying anything but the owner noticed a number of gold and diamond rings and three gold necklaces missing.

Officers would like to speak to two men and a woman captured on CCTV images to help them with their inquiries.

The woman is described as white, in her 40s, with long, straight dark-coloured hair wearing sunglasses, a white blouse, white jacket and dark blue skinny jeans. She was also carrying a large brown leather bag over her shoulder.

The first man is described as white, aged in his late 40s, of large build with dark greying hair. He was wearing a white shirt, a grey suit jacket and black trousers.

The second man was white, in his late 30s, of slim build, with short, dark hair and sunglasses. He was wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit and dark-coloured trainers.
