Celebrity chef John Burton Race was in Amber Valley this week to help launch two charitable projects supporting the area’s homeless.
On Tuesday, John passed on tips and advice to help the young residents of the Coach House Hostel, Alfreton, as they prepared for their own Come Dine With Me- style project. In the coming weeks they will take it in turns to cook meals for each other, and score each other on the results, as they develop independent living skills
