Coffee shop in liquidation

Nona's Coffee Shop Ltd on Works Road, Hollingwood, was founded two years ago.

It served visitors to the Hollingwood Hub which is on the Chesterfield Canal towpath and is popular for walking and cycling.

Now, an official notice placed in the London Gazette states that Joanne Louise Hammond and Claire Elizabeth Dowson, of Begbies Traynor, have been appointed joint liquidators of the firm.

Liquidation is the process where a company is brought to an end and its assets are divvied up among creditors and shareholders, according to the priority of their claims.
