Chesterfield war memorial demolished by “car crash”

It is understood the memorial was crashed into last night at some time around 11pm.

Police hunt convict who absconded from Derbyshire prison HMP Sudbury

An onlooker told Derbyshire Times police attended the scene following the collision, however police have yet to confirm whether anyone has been arrested.
