Insolvency practitioners Philip Nunney and Nicola Kirk, of Sheffield-based Abbey Taylor, have been appointed joint liquidators of the firm.

The company, which was formed in 2011, is in creditors’ voluntary liquidation.

Creditors’ voluntary liquidation is when a firm’s directors choose to voluntarily bring the business to an end by appointing a liquidator to liquidate all of its assets.
