Chesterfield pub and boss punished after death

A Chesterfield pub company and its director have been punished for putting drinkers' lives at risk - after the death of an award-winning chef.

St Helen's Public House Ltd on Sheffield Road and director Andrew Little were convicted at Derby Crown Court for health and safety offences committed in 2015. The company was ordered to pay a £24,000 fine and Little was handed a 13-week prison sentence, suspended for a year.
