Transpire, the Chesterfield Bus Society, is running the Peak Park Preserved Bus Gathering this Sunday (June 16).
Now in its eighth year, the gathering will take place at Peak Rail’s Rowsley South Station.
Well over 40 preserved buses are attending from around the country, and there will be free services to Bakewell and Chatsworth, and to connect with Peak Rail’s train services at Darley Dale Station.
Many of the bus owners will also be bringing sales stalls of photographs and other transport memorabilia.
All members of the public are welcome to come along and enjoy a nostalgic day at Rowsley South Station, and travelling on some of the preserved vehicles.
