Burglars broke into four homes all on the same night

Burglars broke into four homes in the same area, three being in the same street, and stole cash and jewellery from within, all on the same night.

Three of the homes are in Platt Street, Pinxton, while the fourth was in nearby Wharf Road.

All four break ins happened on Saturday, October 8.

The three properties in Platt Street had rear doors smashed before the offenders searched inside, stealing cash, jewellery and other items from two of them.

Nothing was stolen from the third Platt Street property or the one in Wharf Road.

Detectives investigating the burglaries want to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area or might know the person or people responsible.
