Brothers lose their locks in aid of worthy cancer cause

Two brothers got their hair off - in the name of a very worthy cause.

Will (17) and Chris (15) Goodwin, of Wirksworth, had their heads shaved in aid of kids’ cancer charity Clic Sargent.

The lads, who both attend Anthony Gell School, lost their locks at Ian’s Hairdressers, Wirksworth.

Will said: “Cancer affects everybody in some way, and we wanted to help a children’s charity as they are more vulnerable than adults.

“By helping Clic Sargent, it enables them to help parents be near their children while they are having treatment, and also provide breaks and days out to give them a sense of normal life when they can.”
