Britain’s Biggest and Best Country Fair at Chatsworth

Celebrating the best in traditional country pursuits and showcasing some spectacular showground entertainments, more than 90,000 people are expected to attend this year’s Chatsworth Country Fair.

Highlights this year include Mary Berry from the Great British Bake-Off in the cookery theatre; JCB’s team of Dancing Diggers, the musical drive of the Kings Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, and mounted games in the Grand Ring; more than 300 trade stands; a fine food village; a traditional fairground and plenty of ‘have-a-go’ entertainment such as archery and fly-fishing on the River Derwent; and, the spectacular Red Arrows display team performing over the heads of the watching crowd on Sunday afternoon.

Spread over more than 100 acres of parkland the three-day spectacle – which begins on Friday, August 30 – is open to all from 9am to 6.30pm every day with free-entry for under-14s.
