Breaking news: house fire in Birdholme
Firefighters are tackling a blaze in a house in Birdholme this afternoon (Sunday June 17)
The fire in the first floor bedroom of the terrace property was reported at St Augustines Avenue at 14.24pm.
Crews from Chesterfield and Stavely wearing breathing apparatus are using hose reel jets to extinguish it.
