Biker dies in A6 crash near Buxton
A man has died in a motorcycle collision in the High Peak.
Emergency services were called to the incident, between a car and motorcycle, on the A6 Buxton to Bakewell Road between King Sterndale and Cowdale, at around 7.35pm on Thursday, May 12.
As a result the 48 year-old motorcyclist died.
The 42 year-old female passenger was taken to Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital with life threatening injuries.
