BAKEWELL: Messy Church activity is a work of art

Tennis balls loaded with paint and rolled across a huge sheet of paper, produced a colourful display at All Saints Messy Church, Bakewell in May. This and other activities involving tracks, mazes, footprints and labyrinths helped illustrate what Jesus meant when he said “I am the way”.

Rev Aron Simpson says: “Messy Church is a brilliant way for adults and children together to link creativity and worship around a theme. We meet on the first Sunday in each month at All Saints. Activities and worship are followed by a tasty breakfast together.”

All ages are welcome though children must be accompanied by an adult. To find out more contact Rev Simpson on 01629 813736.
