A club spokesman said: “Our remote location means that outbuildings and their contents cannot be insured so we face a loss of facilities unless replacements can be donated.”

Police have confirmed they are treating the incident – which happened in the early hours of Saturday – as arson.

The club also suffered at the hands of arsonists in 2009.

Witnesses or anyone with information about the crime should call Derbyshire police on 101.
