Appeal after pubs in Derbyshire Dales are targeted by thieves

Thieves broke into two dales pubs, making off with cash and other items from one.

Overnight between 10.30pm on Tuesday, March 7 and 9.30am the following morning, offenders smashed a ground floor window of the Nags Head on Main Road in Hulland Ward.

They climbed inside and stole cash, an iPad Air 2, and a Samsung tablet from the bar.

On the same night, thieves used tools to force a rear door of the Red Lion on Main Street, Hollington. Nothing is believed to have been stolen.
