70-year-old woman taken to hospital after three car crash in Chesterfield


A 70-year-old woman was taken to hospital following a three car collision.

A Volkswagen Golf went through a wall and a fence on Rutland Road, in Chesterfield, at around 10.20am on Tuesday, April 22.

The Golf and a Ford Focus collided at the junction at Albion Road and hit a parked Toyota Corolla.

The 70-year-old woman was a passenger in the Golf. She suffered a minor back injury and was taken to Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

The cars were recovered by 11.40am.
