33 signs could continue to be displayed at car park in Chesterfield

More than 30 advertisements could continue to be displayed in the car park at Ravenside Retail Park in Chesterfield.

Euro Car Parks Ltd has submitted a planning application to Chesterfield Borough Council for consent to continue showing 33 pole and wall-mounted adverts to inform visitors of the maximum stay time in the car park.

Earlier this year, Chesterfield MP Toby Perkins said motorists visiting Ravenside and Markham retail parks had been receiving 'unnecessary' parking tickets.
