Neil Diamond tribute show rolls into Derbyshire

The highly accomplished guitar and singer will be performing in Viva Neil Diamond at the city’s Guildhall Theatre on May 18.

Bob has been travelling with the one-man show for the past nine years.

He said: “From the outset I knew that it would be attention to detail that would make these shows stand out. For me this didn’t mean black wigs or hair dye but a real focus on those iconic songs.”

Bob recalled: “The producer and film crew came over to the UK last year to film some of my shows and do some interviews about my life on the road but the first time I’ll get to see the movie is at the premiere in Las Vegas.

“It’s really exciting but a bit nerve racking!”

Following the premiere Bob will be performing a series of shows in Las Vegas before returning to the UK to continue his tour starting at The Acorn in Worksop on April 29.
